I HAD A HAND IN THIS and I'm proud of it. This is the first issue of Johns Hopkins Health Review, a new consumer health publication that I helped create. I've also got a reprinted science piece in the feature well. The magazine's infant website is not really functional yet—as of this morning the story links were not working—but you can get a better idea of the content, editorial mission, and plans for the future. This is the second time I've played a role in founding a magazine, which is stimulating work. Catherine Pierre, editor of Johns Hopkins Magazine before me, is editor of this one, and the superb design was executed by Abbott Miller and Kim Walker of Pentagram.
