Dr Essai wishes you a warm and peaceful holiday season
All the best for the holidays, friends, and thank you thank you thank you for reading.
Charles Keiger, the father of Dr Essai's amanuensis, studied painting and sculpture after the Second World War. He made his living painting signs and sometimes frustrated his son by not producing more art, but he had an odd lack of interest or confidence or both and painted few canvases. Every Christmas, though, he produced his own card with an original drawing, often a cartoon. Everyone looked forward to Charlie's latest. Above is the card from 1996.
All the best for the holidays, friends, and thank you thank you thank you for reading.
